Return & Refund Policy

At JP OPTICA, we ensure a simple, transparent return process applicable to customers within the European Union and international markets.


Right of Return

Customers have 14 days after receiving the order to request a return.

To initiate the process, please contact support@jpoptica.com.

After validation, the necessary return instructions will be provided.


Return Process

  • The product must be delivered to the designated drop-off point within the timeframe specified by the carrier.
  • Returns are free of charge, provided the shipment is made using the method indicated by JP OPTICA.
  • The customer is responsible for the product until it is delivered at the designated drop-off point.
  • Returns sent without prior contact may be refused.

Product Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the product must:

  • Be in perfect condition
  • Show no signs of use, damage, or alteration
  • Include original packaging, case, and all accessories

If these conditions are not met:

  • The return may be refused, or
  • A deduction may be applied to the refund amount, proportional to the product’s depreciation

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the product, the customer will be informed of the return status.
  • Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days, using the original payment method.
  • JP OPTICA reserves the right to withhold the refund until the product is received.
  • A restocking fee between 5% and 15% may be applied, depending on the condition of the returned product, reconditioning costs, and reintegration into stock.
  • The time for the refunded amount to appear may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

International Orders (Outside the European Union)

  • Returns are free of charge only when carried out using the method indicated by JP OPTICA.
  • Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are non-refundable.
  • JP OPTICA is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs processes.

In case the customer refuses delivery:

  • Return costs, customs duties, and logistical charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Products showing signs of improper use
  • Products returned outside the established timeframe

Defective or Incorrect Products

In case of defective products or errors attributable to JP OPTICA:

  • A replacement or full refund will be provided
  • All associated costs will be covered by JP OPTICA
